Now, with over 30 produced feature films, his resume includes BLONDE AND BLONDER starring Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards, released thru Lions Gate and After Dark; NIGHTMARE MAN, one of the eight films selected for Horrorfest that turned into the 15th bestseller DTV horror film of 2008; the Warner Brothers release of JACQUELINE HYDE; the teen comedies PRETTY COOL & PRETTY COOL TOO!; the thriller TOMORROW BY MIDNIGHT with Carol Kane, Alexis Arquette, and Jorge Garcia; and the horror flick THE HAZING starring Brad Dourif, Brooke Burke, and Perry Shen. Most recently, Kanefsky wrote and directed the modern film noir ONE IN THE GUN starring Steven Man, Steven Bauer, Robert Davi, and James Russo which played as the closing night film of the 2010 Soho International Film Festival. He also just wrapped production on a slate of independent features including a full-length musical comedy, a James Bond parody, and a sexy vampire thriller. His latest horror thriller screenplay SCREAM PARK has just been optioned by Marc Amin's Sobini Films and he has penned a proposed 20 million dollar re-imagining of the world famous sexual icon “EMMANUELLE” for a mainstream theatrical release in 2011.
